I strive to live in service, in love, and in joy on the daily. My belief in birth is grounded in trusting the body’s intuition and protecting the sacred that is often lost amidst the science. Birth is an individual journey and experience that deserves to have space and a unique story. As a midwife, I am called to protect your space to help you feel safe, trusted, supported, and loved as you go on this journey.

I am apprenticeship trained, graduate of midwifery school, research nerd, and a community based, independent midwife. I follow the midwifery model of care and believe in informed decision making.
