Ingredients: Elderberry, echinacea, hibiscus, rosehip and orange peel

Net weight varies. Hard to gauge with heavier herbs (rosehips, orange peel, and elderberries). Large size can make about 8-10 infusions, and small size can make 2 infusions.

How to prepare: Steep in boiling water, covered for a medicinal tea effect, lasting 8-10 minutes. Can also prepare an infusion (1 oz or two handfuls of herbs in a quart jar) steeped and covered for approximately 4 hours or overnight. An infusion may be ideal due to whole elderberries and rosehips in the blend needing more steeping time. Can also squeeze lemon and add honey for sweetening.

Benefits: All ingredients are chosen to help strengthen, stimulate, and vitalize the body’s immune system; all safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding. The warming, sweet, and energizing blend can be a curative for infection or virus by making the infection-fighting cells more active. Elderberry, hibiscus, rosehip, and orange peel are known to be rich in vitamin C, minerals, and antioxidants. My choice of ingredients support the immune system, adrenals, anxiety, and inflammation.
